Refunds and Returns Policy

At NeomartX, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Please contact our support team at: support@neomartx.com with your order number to begin the return process.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened or used health & hygiene products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account, then contact your payment provider.
